As businesses adapt to life under lock-down following the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and prepare to reopen when possible, you might be wondering about social distancing; both in and out of the workplace, and how you can stay safe.
Some form of social distancing will inevitably remain for some time. But in certain situations, such as working in an office, at a desk, or behind a till, maintaining 2 meters at all times can be a struggle; whether it is the nature of your work or accidentally stepping within the boundary. So here at FX Plastics, we’ve been looking at different ways to keep our customers safe during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) uncertainty.
Also known as a ‘Perspex screen’ or ‘Sneeze screen’, our Acrylic Hygiene Screens have been developed to help prevent the spread of illnesses/infections from coughing and sneezing. They work by providing a security barrier that helps to protect against airborne particulates; providing peace of mind and letting you work in confidence!
These hygiene screens are manufactured from 3mm thick acrylic and can be easily mounted behind any monitor with a VESA connection. The innovative design is adjustable; allowing for you to fix the screen either horizontally or vertically. This adjustable feature allows you to mount the screens alongside each other (in width and height) so that you achieve optimal protection for yourself and your environment.
This free-standing hygiene screen can be easily placed on any desktop and is ready for immediate use! What’s more, is that it is a pass-through hatch of L230 mm x H30mm. The hatch allows you to pass important information/paperwork (up to A4 size) from one side to the other while maintaining a safety barrier.
The screen provides a security shield that is perfect for use in offices, reception desks, shop tills, or within the catering industry.
This is another Acrylic hygiene screen designed with a pass-through hatch. Consequently, allowing you to pass important information/paperwork from one side to the other while maintaining a safety barrier. However, one of the features that set it aside from our other options is that it has a left and right side screen; providing optimal protection!
It is easily placed onto any desktop and firmly held in place using a clamp; perfect or use in offices, reception desks, shop tills, or within the catering industry.
